Duly completed application forms should be submitted to the respective school office
Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of vacancies, age and the merit of the child.
The final Selection list for admission to a particular class will be displayed on the school notice board.
Selected candidates will have to complete all formalities of payment of fees and allied matters within the stipulated deadline.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
Those who take Transfer Certificate in mid-session are liable to pay fees of the remaining months of the session or six months whichever is more.
New session commences in April every year
The Date of Birth and name once recorded in the Admission Register is final. Both father and mother should present at the time of admission, to sign the admission register. The application for admission without required documents will not be accepted.
Tution fees can be paid on or before 30th of the month without fine. A fine of 20/- will be charged if the school fees are paid within the next month and 30/- for another month. Thereafter the names will be struck off. Such defaulters may be readmitted with the Readmission charges which equals to one month's tuition fees with all arrear dues.
Students Safety Insurance Policy is being introduced by this Institution in constitution with the Insurance company for which a sum of Rs.10-/ is payable by each students towards premiumalongwiththeduesofAprilevery year.
The students should bring the daily dairy to the school everyday for writing Home assignment and communication between parents and teachers.
For Nursery to Std.II—7.00 am to 10.30a.m
Std III on wards ---10.45a.m to 4.30p.m
For payment of fees and others charges, Cash counter hours from 9.00 am to 1.00p.m on all working days expect Holidays. In case of exigency parents may contact the concerned officialwiththepermission of Principal/Director.
The Prospectus along with admission form is available at the cash counter on payment of Rs.500/-each during working hours on all working days from 10th February. Application form complete in all respects will be received by the school Office on before 16th March for Nursery to Std-I and 3rd April for Std.II to onwards. Admission for Nursery will be on first come first serve basis on and from 16th March.
TRANSFERCertificatemay notbe requiredfor admission up to Class-III.Only Birth Certificate is required.
